The sales person could have had better knowledge of BMWs app. I say this as i was given the impression the ventilation feature on the app would defrost the car in a morning, this is not the case for petrol vehicles.

Waiting around for ages, car not ready. Very little time left to set up the IT and we have very little IT experience when it comes to these matters. Ended up doing a 250 mile trip to our sons who set it all up for us.

The staff in the dealership were very professional and extremely helpful however the bookingservice that Marshall use is terrible. If a sat nav upgrade cannot be done on a Saturday then the call centre should know this, before booking customer's in.

Great service provided, took a star off as not everything could be sorted, seat massage not working and we got told part will need ordering and we will be informed more, there was no communication after this.

I was then left to get these changed asap and ring round quick fit . I do around 70 miles day for work I work within the nhs as a nurse and need my car to be safe . Of course this left me no time to get this sorted that day as running out of time .

Exceptional service when the car was worked on, but first appointment cancelled night before as no parts, second appointment they said they tried to contact me to cancel again, but no record of any missed calls. It was completed that day however.
