We were well looked after by the several members of staff when we reached the Grimsby site. Coffee was served to us and the team were very attentive. Ewan was especially personable when finalising our deal and then gave us a thorough briefing on car.

Problem didn't get resolved. Called on Thursday to report that the problem persisted, got out through to the national booking system who said they would email the Grimsby branch instructing them to call me. They never did, and now it's Saturday. This
