We were well looked after by the several members of staff when we reached the Grimsby site. Coffee was served to us and the team were very attentive. Ewan was especially personable when finalising our deal and then gave us a thorough briefing on car.

The tyre pressure warning indicator was showing under inflated before I came for my service the indicator still showed warning indicator when l collected motor I'm due to call on Monday re door seal I will mention this when I call

All work captured on my dash cam apart from 20 mins, which is some going to remove and fit new!! the car was apparently road tested which was from the back of the building to the front, some road test that. I ? If the plugs did get changed? as above.

Offered a complimentary car clean inside and out. Inside was dreadful - did it myself when I got home. Appreciate its complimentary but created the opportunity for a little dusappointment when done poorly.

Service generally from Marshall Grimsby has been very good. I have marked the dealership down due the lack of parking be it for service or sales customers. The site is such an odd shape and not really big enough for a used cars and customers parking

The service was great. I was a little disappointed that my car didn't get valeted like it has at other BMW garages I have used. It may have been something I needed ask for prior to bringing my car in, but I was never asked if I wanted it cleaning.
